Enquiry data is used to respond to enquiries and perform agreed services. The form prepares a draft in your browser and opens your email application. You send the message from that application; the form does not store your entries on the website server.
Legal bases
Enquiries made by individuals on their own behalf are processed to take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Correspondence with company representatives is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and business contacts (Article 6(1)(f)). Analytics data is processed with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Providing enquiry data is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to respond.
Retention
Enquiries that do not result in an order, and related correspondence, are retained for 12 months after contact ends and then deleted. Correspondence concerning contracts and completed orders is retained for as long as needed to perform them, meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend claims, taking applicable limitation periods into account.
Google Analytics is configured to retain event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months. These settings apply to data covered by the service's retention controls; they do not mean that all aggregated statistical reports are automatically deleted. Cookie lifetimes are a separate setting.
Google Analytics and consent
After you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 (G-LNKDM9W61X) to measure visits, traffic sources and website usage. Data may include pages viewed, visit times, device and browser information and approximate location. We also measure phone and email clicks and enquiry preparation, without form contents or contact details. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses or telephone numbers to Analytics.
Analytics is loaded only after explicit consent. Declining does not restrict website use. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the website code. The recipient of analytics data is Google Ireland Limited; processing may involve infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. See Google's privacy policy for processing and safeguard information.
Device storage and changing your choice
Your decision is saved in browser localStorage under amf-analytics-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. After consent, Google may set _ga and _ga_* cookies; the website sets a lifetime of 180 days. Your browser may shorten this period.
Use “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the page to change your choice at any time. Declining stops further measurement and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to the website. Withdrawal does not undo earlier processing. Clearing browser data causes the consent request to appear again.
Hosting and your rights
The website uses Firebase Hosting. The hosting provider may process technical connection information, including IP addresses, request times and browser details, to deliver and protect the service.
You may contact AMF PLAST regarding access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where the respective right applies. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
